Payment Policy

Services are provided and billed by Abilene Professional Services. Our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept.

If your plan is not listed, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, you can submit to your insurance company forms to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you.

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

Questions About Your Bill

Our counselor work on a 45 to 50 minute hour. The extra 10 to 15 minutes is used for charting and planning your treatment.


All copays and cash payments must be made at the time services are provided.  


If there is a problem with your insurance we will let you know. It is your responsibility to understand your coverage.


Some coverage will not pay until your deductible has been met.


Insurance will be verified during the first visit.


Sliding scale average is $50 dollars unless otherwise noted by your counselor.


We use an outside professional billing service to process all insurance claims.


Medicaid clients cannot be billed for no shows. however, it is important that you call if you can't make it to an appointment. Other individual may have to wait longer due to your no-show.


There is a $25 fee for bad checks.


If you have a financial problem please let us know. We will do our best to work with you.


When requesting a statement, please expect to wait 24 hours for that information.
